1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 566ph gaming platform ("Platform," "Service," "Website," or "566ph"), operated by 566ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To use 566ph services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines when accessing or using the Platform
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the 566ph Platform, you must create a user account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Register only one account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Not use any account other than your own or access another user's account without permission
• Not create an account using false identities or on behalf of another person
• Submit valid government-issued identification for verification purposes when requested

2.2 Account Verification

566ph employs a comprehensive "Know Your Customer" (KYC) verification process to ensure platform security and regulatory compliance. You may be required to provide documentation including but not limited to valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or postal ID), proof of address dated within the last three months, and additional documents as we may reasonably request. We reserve the right to suspend or limit account functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify 566ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 566ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to logout from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public computers.

2.4 Account Restrictions

566ph reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, multiple account detection, underage gambling, failure to complete verification, chargebacks or payment disputes, abuse of bonuses or promotions, use of automated software or bots, collusion or cheating, or any conduct deemed detrimental to 566ph or other users.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 566ph account must be made using payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, and authorized bank transfers. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment provider. 566ph does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through your account dashboard using the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified on the Platform. 566ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require enhanced verification. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled and funds returned to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within 30 days.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable terms. Funds in your account may be segregated between withdrawable balance and bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

3.4 Account Balance and Currency

All transactions on 566ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your account balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal. 566ph is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. We will provide 30 days' notice before applying dormancy fees.

3.5 Chargebacks and Reversed Payments

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or denial of a payment you have made to your 566ph account, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, forfeit all balances, and pursue recovery of all amounts owed plus administrative costs. Repeated chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All games on the 566ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. You agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment only and not for professional or commercial purposes. Any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 566ph Platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate games
2. Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
3. Colluding with other players or sharing account information
4. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
5. Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location
6. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
7. Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 566ph staff
9. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
10. Using the Platform while intoxicated or impaired

4.3 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game available on 566ph has specific rules, paytables, and terms which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before playing. All gaming outcomes are final and binding once the game round is completed. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or dispute, 566ph's decision shall be final. We reserve the right to void bets affected by obvious errors or technical malfunctions.

4.4 Responsible Gaming

5.2 Wagering Requirements

This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its content; (b) distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any Platform content; (c) modify or make derivative works based on the Platform; (d) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; or (e) use the Platform for any purpose other than its intended purpose.

6.3 Restrictions on Use

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 566ph. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of 566ph. Unauthorized use of the Platform may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

While 566ph strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason without prior notice. 566ph shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions, delays, or unavailability.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE 566PH PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 566ph DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 566PH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE PLATFORM; OR (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT.

7.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 566ph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Disputes, Complaints, and Governing Law

8.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the 566ph Platform or services, you should first contact our customer support team through the available channels. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in good faith. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support process.

8.2 Formal Complaints

If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint via email to our complaints department. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. All decisions made by 566ph regarding disputes shall be final and binding.

8.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes.

8.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 566ph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 9.2 Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from 566ph, including emails, SMS messages, push notifications, and in-platform messages regarding your account, transactions, promotions, and service updates. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided, but you cannot opt out of service-related communications necessary for account management.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 566ph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 566ph's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without 566ph's prior written consent. 566ph may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction or notification.

10.5 Force Majeure

566ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
